FAQs for our Wedding Videographer Services in Galway
These are the most common questions wedding couples ask us about our wedding videographer services. If we missed something get in touch and we can have a chat.
Where are you based?
We are based in co Galway. We mainly cover weddings in the west of Ireland, including Co Sligo, Co Mayo, Co Galway, Co Clare, Co Roscommon and Co Leitrim. Other destinations may be subject to a travel fee.
How much is the Deposit?
A non-refundable deposit of €300 is required to save the date.
This is then subtracted from your total package cost.
How do we receive our film?
You will receive the professionally edited wedding film on an USB flash drive.
Do we need to provide a meal for the videographer?
It is politely requested that bar food is provided by the couple. If you ask the venue about staff meals for the videographers they will provide options, otherwise we will happily order something off the bar menu if that is more convenient.
Are you insured?
You can never be too safe which is why we are fully insured to cover your wedding. We have public liability insurance
How long before we receive our film after the wedding?
Average waiting times have been between 12 – 16 weeks. We put a lot of time in to the editing process to ensure your film is perfect for when you receive it
